Terms and Conditions – FAQ
Everything you need to know to plan your perfect party without worries.
All reservations require an $800 deposit. This payment will be in addition to the total package payment. No date can be reserved without the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to change your event date, you must notify us at least 1 month before your date, only then will we reschedule the new date. The date will be subject to playground availability and must be rescheduled within 180 days (6 months) from the original event day.
Switch Doral opens its doors 30 minutes before the event so the host can bring items such as (cake, candy, party favors, and piñata). Sweets or snacks must be packaged and ready to eat (do not bring frozen food or items that need preparation, we do not have a kitchen or oven).
Guests will only be allowed entry at the exact start time of the party. At the end of the party, the host has 10 minutes to collect their belongings, gifts, etc. and leave the venue. If an extra hour is required to extend the party, there will be a cost of $250.
Outside food is allowed with prior authorization. It is necessary to inform us in advance about all the food you wish to include in your celebration.
For this service, there is a charge of $85 that includes an additional table without decoration, ideal for serving your snacks or appetizers.
The staff will provide the food included in the package; additional snacks brought to Switch Doral will be self-served by guests. Warmers are not allowed.
Alcoholic beverages are only allowed with prior authorization (wine-beer). Beers must be in cans, inside a cooler with ice. There is an extra charge of $85.
Vendors or any service providers (food, entertainment, etc.) other than Switch Doral must be previously authorized by us and will incur an extra charge of $85.
A 7% tax will be added to the value of each package and 18% for service.
In the event that the client does not want any item in the package, this will not be discounted from the total value.
Piñatas are allowed (no confetti, and gift bags must be ready to hang). All party guests must fill out the liability waiver and respect the playground rules. (Food and drinks are not allowed in the play areas).

Socks must be worn; children must wear them in the play area. You can bring them or purchase them from us. Children must be constantly supervised by their parents.
They are the property of Switch Doral; in case of loss, they will be charged to the host.
Each package has an exact number of guests, including adults and children older than 9 months. The 2 parents and the birthday child do not count as guests. Each additional guest has a cost of $15 (The maximum capacity of the venue is 100 people; under no circumstances can we exceed that capacity).
The total payment for the party must be made in full 10 days before the party. All extra services required (decoration, entertainment, or food) must be requested three weeks or more before the party date and are subject to availability.
